After skimming through several #totchos recipes at http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/appetizers/ORE-IDA-Totchos.aspx, I was inspired to create my own version.
I call them, “Scrambled Totchos”. They’re the perfect hangover food!
1 bag of Ore-ida tots
6 slices of bacon
1 cup of shredded cheese separated
2 tsp milk
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 425°. Cook tots according to package. While they’re cooking, fry bacon and whish eggs with milk, 1/2 cup of cheese, and salt/pepper. Scramble eggs. After tots are finished baking, pour into a baking dish and top with bacon, cheese, and chives. Add scrambled eggs on top of that and sprinkle with a bit more cheese. Top with a dollop of sour cream if you’d like!
Voila! Leslie’s Scrambled Totchos! Bon Appétit!
*I received the Ore-ida coupon from Influenster for testing purposes only!*
I received a coupon for a free bag of Ore-ida tots in my #Jinglevoxbox from Influenster for testing purposes only. It wasn’t my first time trying them. Actually, I buy these on a regular basis for my kiddos. The whole family loves them. You can bake or fry them, but we usually go the healthier route and toss them in the oven. They’re crispy and taste great especially when you turn them into #totchos with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives!
I recently received a small container of this in my #Jinglevoxbox from Influenster (for testing purposes only of course). I was really surprised at how well it worked. It’s non-greasy, and doesn’t have a strong odor. Plus, you can use it on your face! I suffer from winter eczema and very sensitive dry skin. I’ve always had trouble finding a great product that isn’t too harsh on my skin. Check out how well Cetaphil helped my hands which are super dry from constant handwashing:
